Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales & Service Focus

Agent Shawn Velez – State Farm Insurance (Doylestown Location)
Do you thrive in sales but also excel at supporting client needs? The Velez Agency is seeking a competitive and motivated Insurance & Financial Services Representative who can drive sales growth while delivering dependable customer service.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain licenses with our full support.
What You’ll Do
  • Grow Sales & Revenue – Proactively market insurance and financial service products, generate leads, and close new business.
  • Build Client Relationships – Develop long-term customer connections through policy reviews, personalized recommendations, and financial planning.
  • Support Financial Needs – Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and comprehensive protection strategies.
  • Deliver Service Excellence – Handle policy changes, customer inquiries, and account management with professionalism and care.
  • Stay Ahead – Keep up with market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred.
  • Licensed in P&C and Life & Health insurance (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to balance sales activity with client service.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
